So, in my last post I cut it short because the MTV Movie Awards came on and I wanted to watch. Now then, I wasn't expecting too much out of it, but wow, they really set the standard for crappy award shows. Now, that being said it had some pretty funny skits and clips and whatnot, but the voting system was awful. It really reflects the intelligence of today's youth, and their awful taste in movies. Only an award show voted on by the youth of America could have made the decisions they made. This is the only show short of the Razzies that Kristen Stewart could beat out Oscar winning Sandra Bullock as best actress. Or where Draco Malfoy could beat out the Oscar winning performance of Christoph Walts as Hans Landa as best movie villain. Again, the Razzies being the exception, this is the only show that Twilight could win every category it is in. It's also the only show that you would see the main competition be Robert Pattinson vs Taylor Lautner in the best actor category. Absolutely pitiful and pathetic. I think I'll go watch a good movie to wash this taste out of my mouth.
